BUILDING A BRAND
A brand new build required a new brand, and our clients at Landrex handed NOBLE the keys. A luxury rental complex, East Village had community at the centre of its design -- a place where people could live, gather and grow. The mandate was simple - any time a prospective tenant bumped into the brand, East Village had to feel editorial, modern and enticing to future renters.

A NEW LEASE ON LIFESTYLE
The website needed to reflect the ease, potential and luxury of an East Village lifestyle, while also functioning as an information hub for prospective tenants. Our target audience was working professionals who may not be ready to purchase a home, or who long for the comfort of long term living without the commitment.
The brand focused on upscale font, a rich colour palette and lifestyle visuals to attract future tenants who prioritize everyday convenience and tailored interiors. We kept the design clean and contrasted, while relying on the developer's stylish renderings to do the heavy aesthetic lifting with full flood images of the future units. The balance of both set a new bar for effortless living in St. Albert.
