Position Summary
We’re seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for branding, a strong understanding of design principles, and a knack for creating visuals that tell compelling stories. As a Graphic Designer at Noble Agency, you’ll collaborate with our team to develop innovative designs across digital and print media, while contributing to a wide range of projects for clients across industries.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality creative assets including brand development, digital campaigns, social media, packaging, print, and web projects.
Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with client goals and brand strategies.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across client campaigns and projects.
Prepare and finalize production-ready files for print and digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input for creative campaigns.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a graphic designer (agency experience is a bonus).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva, Capcut and other web-based editing tools.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding principles.
Experience designing for digital platforms (social media, web) as well as small and large-scale print projects.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (branding, digital, and print).
Nice-to-Haves
Content Creation experience - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube.
Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
Knowledge of web design or UI/UX principles.
Photography or illustration skills.
